Role as a Therapist

As an art therapist, it is my wish, to make it very simple for common person to understand, at many times we come across many instances where knowing & unknowingly we accumulate a lot of thoughts & emotions in our mind & heart, which at a stage evokes a feeling of Anxiety, Fear & Anger which in turn makes us restless and depressed with many unclear answers, a point comes when it burst and you look into some specific medium to let go.

This kind of art therapy is best when it is on one to one session, keeping in mind that the need and requirement of every individual is different, the basic training can be taken in a group, but when we move to the next level of Conceptual Mandala art it is good to be on a one to one session to help you bring out your emotions through Conceptual Mandala art.

So the very big question is how my art work with the help of Conceptual Mandal art can help you, In simple words I will help you to bring out your emotions on a piece of square paper by making you concentrate in a circle and let you explore your inner conciseness and bring out your emotions in any shape, colour and dimension inside the circle. It can be anger, concern, desire, sorrow, grief, love, joy, passion, pride, agitation, inspiration but your own emotion is what you can see in your own Conceptual Mandala art uniquely your’s. This art is also a great tool for meditation and knowing your self and creating self awareness.
